COMPUTER HARDWARE/SOFTWARE

Project Reboot http://reboot.cpcug.org/ Project Reboot's all-volunteer staff accepts charitable and corporate donations of computer hardware, professionally refurbishes it and makes it available for low income families, the disabled and non-profit agencies throughout the Washington, DC area. They don't take everything -- they are a bit choosy.  But I was actually surprised at how much of our old stuff they *did* take!  Bonus:  it is close to the Shady Grove transfer station, so if they don't take it you can circle around and put it in the recycling pile for electronics at the dump.
